The most common problem that we see is accidental damage. Heavy items being dropped on to the touch screen of the Nintendo Switch can crack it.
Sometimes, it can be through natural wear and tear. The repeated use of a stylus for example can damage the top layer of the digitizer which can affect the responsiveness of the touch screen.
The first thing we do before any repair is test the Nintendo Switch to confirm the fault. There is no way to repair the touch screen other than replacing it.
We then have to strip the console down so we can fit and seal a new screen and test it out. The Switch then goes to our testing bench where we test all repairs prior to dispatch.
