What is an OEM Apple LCD?
This listing is for a screen replacement using a refurbished original Apple LCD. The touch screen and LCD has been extracted from a screen with broken glass, tested for full functionality, and re-glassed. This is the only screen that is original Apple on the market. It also allows us to copy across the data from your old screen to keep the True Tone function.

What causes the iPhone 12 Glass Screen Fault?
The most common problem that we see is accidental damage. If you drop your iPhone 12 there is a chance the screen will crack or smash. Also heavy items being dropped on to the face of the iPhone 12 can crack it.
Also known as the digitizer, the glass screen has the touch sensitive digitizer on the bottom layer. If you are having problems with the touch screen not working the screen needs to be replaced. It is not that common for this fault to appear without accidental damage but it has been known.
How do we repair the iPhone 12 screen?
The first thing we do before any repair is test the iPhone to confirm the fault. There is no way to repair the screen other than replacing it. Some back plates are warped too and can be harder to make flush but we will do our best.
We then fit and seal a new screen down and test it out. The iPhone 12 then goes to our testing bench where we test all repairs prior to dispatch.
